To minister to the Tamworth community, helping and serving families by:

• Providing early childhood care and learning in a Christian, nurturing, creative, and educationally
  innovative environment within a secure modern facility.
• Providing staff with training to experience positive professional growth
• Providing care for staff with counselling, support, flexibility etc. to help staff grow
  personally as well as professionally
• providing, where possible, care, support, support groups, life skills courses etc, so that through

these, families might encounter and be enriched by the love of God.
