Our Team
Our team consists of a Director (an Early Childhood Teacher), a Book Keeper, an Administration Assistant, and nineteen permanent educators (including two Early Childhood Teachers) some of whom work in a room permanently and some of whom float, assisting where necessary. All of us work hard every day to ensure that the children entrusted to us learn, are loved, are cared for, and have fun.
Staff development and training are actively encouraged and sufficient programming time is given each week, which together ensure relevant and up-to-date practice.
Miss Meagan
Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
Miss Meagan is our Director and holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Early
Childhood and has over 30 years’ experience in Childcare. She works Monday to Friday and
is always happy to show new families around the centre.
Miss Katey
2IC; Educational Leader
Miss Katey holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood and has over 15
years’ experience in Childcare. She is currently our 2IC, a Room Leader, a Responsible
Person, and the Educational Leader. She works Monday to Friday.
Miss Lyndy
Miss Lyndy holds a Bachelor of Education and has over 30 years’ experience
with working with Children. She works Monday to Wednesday.
Miss Lyndal
Administration Assistant
Miss Lyndal has been working with children for nearly 10 years. She works
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays in the office.
Miss Phillipa
Finance Officer
Miss Phillipa is our finance officer. She works Monday to Wednesday looking
after all our finances.
Miss Charmaine
Miss Charmaine has over 8 years’ experience working with children. She is
currently a Responsible Person and a Room Leader. She enjoys seeing the children learn and
grow.
Miss Hayley
Miss Hayley is currently studying her Bachelor of Teaching and is working as
an assistant.
Miss Katelyn
Miss Katelyn finished her traineeship last year. She works Monday- Friday as
an assistant.
Miss Makayla
Miss Makayla has started with us this year and is currently completing her
Certificate III in Childcare as a traineeship. She works Monday- Friday as an assistant.
Miss Kiara
Miss Kiara has worked in the industry for over 8 years, she is currently a Room
Leader and just finished her Diploma in Childcare.
Miss T'Neisha
Miss T’Neisha finished her traineeship last year. She now works Monday-
Friday as an assistant.
Miss Lauren
Miss Lauren is currently studying her Certificate III in Children’s Services. She
is currently an assistant and works Tues to Thursday
Miss Beth
Miss Beth holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services and has 12 years’
experience in Childcare, working as an Assistant. She currently works part time.
Miss Candy
Miss Candy has started with us last year and is currently completing her
Certificate III in Childcare as a traineeship. She works Monday- Friday as an assistant.
Miss Lamonay
Miss Lamonay is currently studying her Certificate III in Children’s Services.
She is currently an assistant.
Miss Teegan
Miss Teegan holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and has over 10 years’
experience in Childcare. She is currently working as a Room Leader and also works as a
Responsible Person. Miss Teegan especially enjoys planning and preparing open
ended activities for the children, including sensory play experiences and loose parts play
materials. She works Mondays to Friday.
Miss Tabetha
Miss Tabetha is currently studying her Certificate III in Children’s Services.
She is currently an assistant and works Monday to Friday.
Miss Georgie
Miss Georgie has started with us last year and is currently completing her
Certificate III in Childcare as a traineeship. She works Monday- Friday as an assistant.
Miss Felicity
Miss Felicity holds a Certificate III in Childcare. She has been working with
children for 15 years, including working in Japan for 2 years. She enjoys helping children
express themselves through the creative arts. She works Monday- Friday as an assistant.
Miss Sarah
Miss Sarah holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and has had 11 years’
experience in Childcare working as an Assistant.
Miss Joy
Miss Joy holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and has had 17 years’ experience
in Childcare. She is a Responsible Person and enjoys the creative arts and helping children
develop their own self-help skills.
Miss Courtney
Miss Courtney finished her traineeship last year. She now works Monday-
Friday as an assistant.

Miss Bella has started with us this year and is currently completing her
Certificate III in Childcare as a traineeship. She works Monday- Friday as an assistant.
